Our corporate structure is built upon a multi-centered and balanced organizational approach. While the headquarters is located in Ankara, our production facilities operate in Kilis, and sales and marketing operations are managed from Istanbul. This structure ensures that strategic decisions are made soundly from the center, while enabling simultaneous and effective control over production, market dynamics, and customer management.

Today, a large and experienced team of approximately 1,200 people serves within Beyoğlu Chocolate. A significant portion of our human resources consists of teams who have worked together for many years, possessing strong corporate memory and a deep command of business processes. This long-standing culture of collaboration is one of the company's greatest strengths, ensuring stability in production, continuity in quality management, and operational reliability.

Production lines for sandwich cakes, layer cakes, coated wafers, caramel wafers, nougat bars, coconut bars, granola bars, chocolate spreads, filled chocolates, and chocolate-coated products operate in an integrated manner under the same roof. This structure enables both high-volume production and flexible product development.

Beyoğlu Chocolate is equipped with the latest and advanced technology equipment. The following systems are actively used in our production infrastructure:

This infrastructure forms the foundation of our expertise, particularly in the development of layered and multi-component products.

SUSTAINABILITY AND ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE

Beyoğlu Chocolate supports its operational strength with sustainable energy investments.

 

  • Approximately 5 million kWh of annual electricity production is provided by solar energy systems.
  • With the new ground-mounted solar power plant investment scheduled to be commissioned in January 2026, the annual production capacity will increase to approximately 9 million kWh.
  • With this investment, approximately 75% of total electricity consumption will be met by renewable energy sources.
